Today on The Princess Royal’s last day in China, Her Royal Highness visited the Meixi Lake Arts Centre - designed by the late British architect, Zaha Hadid. 
The Centre, in Changsha, is an example of UK-China collaboration in the creative industries & HRH attended the opening ceremony. 
HRH also witnessed the signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding on Milu Deer genetic pool exchange and scientific research.
Then HRH met with Hunan Province Party Secretary Du Jiahao before attending the Changsha Queen’s Birthday Party, which is part of “UK in Hunan Week” and launching the the Newton Fund Youth Scientists Network. This includes more than 500 of the UK and China’s best scientists and innovators.
