Warming up with @alunageorge ? In preparation for Aluna's tour with @Coldplay I showed her a few sequences she can use can use to mobilise and warm up her joints before she performs ?? I personally prefer using dynamic stretches prior to exercise rather than static as they increase core & temperature, stimulate the nervous system and help decrease the risk of injury ??
