I have never posted transformation photos before, just my gainz progress ?‍♀️. But when I was I teenager , I wasn't fit at all, in fact I looked older than I do now in my 30s ??. It took me years to change my eating habits, to fall in love with daily workouts, I was that kind of person who'll LOVED sugar!!! I could eat only deserts all day long and not a single Normal meal, I've posted my transformation video on my YouTube channel earlier, go see it if you like to know my story ?. I would never think I'd be able to give up my unhealthy hobbits and love for sugar, but one day I set a goal and dedicated all my energy to it. I got a trainer, I studied nutrition and exercise science myself to have an understanding of what I'm doing. I got into the proses so much, that I decided to compete, I've compete for 5 years, got my pro card, changed my profession, became a trainer and started helping others to reach their goal. I personally can relate to all struggles you are going through right now, because I was there ?. I wasn't always that confident and fit fitness model and IFBB BIKINI competitor, i started from being heavy and insecure girl who was trying to find the way to be fit but not starving myself at the same time.
