1/4 Rep Ladders ? A super tough technique I was taught by @adamwillis_lbp ?? This is how you do it: Complete one rep. Then on the next, had a half rep at the bottom. On the next, add two half reps at the bottom. On the next, add three. And so on. Until around 8-10 reps. Sound simple? It will literally leave you shaking! ? I like to use this on body weight split squats, as seen in the video above, but also with other exercises such as shoulder presses! ?? They're in my full leg workout I posted yesterday too!
