Today's Mish-Mash workout 💦 This week has been a bit of a random mix with my training. So today I did a mish-mash session! 💪🏼 I set a timer for 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off, 45 rounds. I gathered a selection of weights and equipment - dumbbells, kettle bells, sandbags, etc. I freestyled, alternating between upper, lower body and core weighted exercises; occasionally throwing in some Burpees for good measure 😝 These included rows, deadlifts, push ups, lunges and more. I destroyed myself in 45 minutes 😂 At the moment I'm really enjoying my sporadic and varied workouts!
