Bodyweight Booty Burn ? Since I'm travelling so much over the coming months I've been stockpiling some of my favourite bodyweight glute exercises! Try this little circuit for a challenge! (note: the video is sped up to 200%) ➡️ Hip thrusts - 15 full range followed by 15 pulses at the top ➡️ Hammie walk-outs - 20 reps, 10 leading with each leg. Keep your toes off the floor and push through the heels ➡️ Prone glute lifts - 25 reps. Keep your toes together and squeeze the glutes at the top ??
