Light and refreshing: A bowl of fresh tofu in a light sauce is part of the shōjin ryōri course of vegetarian food designed for monks at Eishoji, a Zen temple. Located in the ancient Kiso road, customers can enjoy a course of a dozen bowls and plates of food in a formal tatami room facing a shrine’s garden.
