One piece of equipment leg & booty workout ? All you need is a kettlebell (or a heavy dumbbell) and some space to sweat ? Simply complete 45 seconds of each exercise. Rest 15 seconds. Then move onto the next. Once you complete each circuit rest 1 minute. Repeat 3 times for a 20 minute workout ??➡️ Goblet Squats ➡️ KB Deadlifts (focus on stabilising the knees as you come up to engage your glutes) ➡️ Long Stride Reverse Lunges ➡️ Reverse Lunges (on the opposite leg) ➡️ Hip thrusts (squeeeeeeze!) ?
