Here’s what I did ➡️ Bulgarian split squats - drop sets to body weight. 3x10 each leg ➡️ Static lunges 3x8 each leg superset with walking lunges 3x10 each leg ➡️ Curtsey lunges 3x10 each leg ➡️ Staggered stance RDL 3x10 superset with 1 & 1/2 rep elevated glute bridges 3x5 each leg ?
