No time? Welcome to the club! ??‍♀️ With my schedule getting busier and busier I have less time for the gym and have needed to adapt my training to my lifestyle. My workouts are never longer than 45 mins-1hr (roughly 4x/week). Pretty much all of my workouts are full body with either upper or lower body focus. Today was lower body and I tossed in back as my ‘rest’ between leg exercises. Give this one a go! (All movements are performed back to back with no rest. 1 min rest is taken AFTER the first round of all movements. Repeat 3x and you’re out of there!)

1. Squat to over head press - press overhead and THEN stand up. Much more challenging than pressing as you stand or after. (16 reps)
2. Seated smith machine squats - come down slow and controlled and explode up (12 reps)
3. Standing lat pull down - pretend like you are bending the bar so you pull with your last and not your arms (16 reps)
4. Lunge down and back for about 12 paces each (push through heels)
5. Bear crawl down and back (not pictured -accidentally deleted the video ??‍♀️)
Take your rest and repeat for 3 rounds!
