Monday- back
Tuesday- bis and tris
Wednesday- legs
Thursday - shoulders
Friday- chest and tris
Saturday- recovery or ab day
Sunday- recovery .
I’m doing minimal cardio for now because I train fast and furious. I try to keep my heart rate up the entire time. .
