Cody, Wyoming. It’s spine tingling full value ice climbing. Along with the participants of the #codyicefest we opt for adventure. Spending a day with Aaron Mulkey (@coldfear) was quite the honor. As the Mayor of the South Fork he has the approaches dialed and current beta on what is in. We climbed “Hostile Takeover” a M route that I climbed in 1995. The big block at the lip succumbed to gravity, making the climb a bit easier. The bonus was the top pitch of the Triptych triplets. The seldom seen pillar was in and we caught it before the sun “worked its magic”. ? Hats off to @dasnovak for organizing the event and the Cody community. It was also @manoahainuu ‘s 23 rd B Day. Good times were had by all.
