I have two awesome things to share with you! 1️⃣ This Full Body Beach Workout ? Here’s the circuit I did yesterday: ➡️ Pop squat burpees ➡️ Shoulder & knee plank taps ➡️ Mountain climbers ➡️ Reverse lunge switch jumps ?? Complete 40 seconds of each exercise. 20 seconds rest in between. 5 rounds back to back - that’s 20 minutes of sweat right there ? 2️⃣ The @balance_festival cooking theatre line up has been announced and I’m hosting two feasts!
