Keys To Progress

1. PATIENCE : THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.

2. Staying Positive. Your mind is so incredible powerful and can literally prevent your body from accepting the changes. It can interfere with the process. You HAVE to be positive in your workouts and you HAVE to be uplifting to yourself AND OTHERS.

3. The scale needs to stop. In almost every single incredible progress photo I have seen the individual weighs more in the “after” photo. Remember that progress photo I posted of myself? I weigh almost 10lbs more than the “before”

4. 5 Seconds in the mirror. That’s the max time you should spend checking progress. The more you analyze your body in front of the mirror the harder you are going to be on yourself. (FACT: We can look in the mirror and think wow I’ve made progress, BUT...) STOP WITH THE BUTS. ( continue in comments...)
