Tag your buddy! You guys can add any of these fun combos to your workout or do them all together as a workout! @jeremyscottfitness
1. Alternating between chest throw and wall balls. Each time you perform a wall ball you add 1 rep. Go up to 8 or 10 reps!
2. Same set up as #1! 1 pull up each and plank hold while your partner goes. Add 1 rep each time. Go up to 5-8 reps.
3. Shoulder burnout 20-30seconds of resistance band presses when the buzzer goes off hold the band at the top or bottom for 20-30seconds. Do 3-5 rounds
