1. 15 Reps (bent Over tricep Extension. Band is wrapped behind your back and stepped on with your forward foot). 2. 20 each side (squat Hold Punches. Step on the band and loop is around your hands). 3. 12 Reps each side ( Lunge Twist Press. Step on the band with your front foot). 4. 15 Reps each (Upright Row Overhead Press.
