Getting “back into it” after the Christmas and New Years period can sometimes be very hard! A great way to get back into good routine is to start small. A simple 30 minute walk in the morning and some warm water with lemon can help make you feel more energised and ready to start the day. Try adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into warm water in the morning combined with a 30 minute walk at 5.5 km/h five days a week! If the morning is not a convenient time for you to walk then any time of day that works for YOU is still good!
