Bibibidi, a sprawling settlement in northern Uganda, holds a quarter million South Sudanese refugees. In many ways Bidibidi looks like the surrounding cities; schools, health centers, and shops have been built, and during the rainy season, people farm on the land. The London-size camp is one of the world's largest refugee settlements.
