build your buns @ home!🍑🏠 ⠀ cuz driving to the gym in this snow is a struggle! ⠀ (don’t forget to double tap and save for later - it really helps my page 💜) ⠀ I did this quick lil workout that left my glutes pumped! 🍑🔥 safe to say with a few pieces of equipment and space, you can get a solid workout just about anywhere!💪🏼 ⠀ 💪🏼WORKOUT: ⠀ ⠀ SS// 1️⃣DB hip thrusts - 4x12 & 2️⃣single leg hip thrusts - 4x8 ⠀ method: I used my reading nook bench, but feel free to adjust and use the edge of a sofa, a chair (that isn't too high), or do them from the ground as glute bridges 3️⃣DB Romanian deadlifts - 3x10 ⠀ method: make sure to keep your upper back straight and descend until you feel a deep stretch in the hamstrings. I did this quick lil workout that left my glutes pumped! 🍑🔥 safe to say with a few pieces of equipment and space, you can get a solid workout just about anywhere!💪🏼

💪🏼WORKOUT:


SS//
1️⃣DB hip thrusts - 4x12
&
2️⃣single leg hip thrusts - 4x8
