Ooo haven’t seen that body in a while!! 😁😁 I’m 30 weeks pregnant ladies, SO EXCITED!! (Obviously not in this photo haha) I’ve had A LOT of people asking about what’s going to “happen” to me POST pregnancy, if I have any goals or if I’m going to take time off. I just want to start by saying I have ALWAYS loved being fit and healthy so “getting back” to being healthy won’t be an issue for me. I will just continue to do what I have always done for my WHOLE LIFE! In terms of goals? FOR SURE!! I would LOVE to be able to complete 12 weeks of my #BBG program by the END of this year! Millions of women all over the world have done this post pregnancy (with doctors clearance) so what’s stopping me😁👌 Does anyone want to see ME do anything post pregnancy???
