[[ BEGINNER WORKOUT ]] Here's 4 simple exercises anyone (pregnant or not) can complete with a pair of dumbbells!!! What is MOST important to remember here is posture (technique over speed). When thinking about your positioning (how you are standing), keep the following things in mind. Soft knees, core stable (extra careful for us #pregnant ladies haha!), shoulders back, chest up, head in a neutral position and keep BREATHING. As this is a beginner workout, I recommend 1kg - 4 kgs.
