Lower body gym workout comin’ at cha!

You’ll need a leg press or smith machine, a bench, and a pair of dumbbells for this workout.
🏋🏼‍♀️
- 15 reps on the leg press or smith machine of you don’t have one at your gym
- 15 calf raises on leg press or smith
- 15 RDLs with a swing
- 8 slow tempo Bulgarian split squats per side
- 8 one legged get up + front lunge per side
X4 with 90 seconds rest in between each set.

☝🏽You’ll be increasing weight on the press/smith machine by 10lbs each round.
✌🏽the swing at the bottom of the RDL involves the lats and brings an isometric hold into the mix.
