This came requested after I posted the lower body dynamic warmup so here you go!
- 10 alternating side body bends
- 10 arm circles per side
- 10 arm swings
- 10 elbow circles in both directions
- 10 shoulder openers with a strap or belt
- 10 cat cows
- 10 alternating T raises
- 10 alternating thread throughs
- chest opener with a forward fold and roll up

The purpose of a dynamic warmup is to increase blood flow and flexibility to the area you’re about to train. You do this my performing movements that takes the joint and it’s related muscles through their range of motion.
It’s an opportunity to tune in and connect with your body. Make note of what feels tight or sore so you can plan accordingly for your workout!
