You’ll need 3 sets of dumbbells for this badass lower body workout 🏋🏼‍♀️ -
1st circuit: increase 10lbs each set (I used 25, 30, and 35lb dumbbells)
- 20 walking lunges
Drop one dumbbell
- 15 goblet squats
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round

2nd circuit: increase 10lbs each set (I used the same 25, 30, and 35lb dumbbells from 1st circuit)
- 15 sumo deadlifts
Drop one dumbbell
- 15 abductor lifts per side
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round

3rd circuit: use middle weight (I used 30lb dumbbells)
- 20 elevated glute bridges
Drop both dumbbells
- 15 one legged glute bridges with foot elevated on bench
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round

4th circuit: use same weight from 3rd circuit)
With one dumbbell
- 20 lying leg curls
Pick up other dumbbell
- 20 calf raises (elevate your toes with two plates for more range of motion!)
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round
