The main area of my body that I have to work on flexibility is my shoulders. I’m sure it’s from racing for 27 years and probably even tighter from my weight training..... it just means I have to work on it a little harder. So the pose I am showing is one that someday I hope I can turn into a backbend on my forearms. ☺️ I practice yoga at home a lot. I can do it anytime, customize my class, and play around during or after without a time restraint. I use @yogaglo and today, @tiffanycruikshank had a “back care” class that rocked my shoulder world. 😆 you could say, it was shoulder day.... especially when you also look at my Crossfit workout which was -

20 hang power clean/10 overhead squat
16 HPC/8 OHS
12 HPC/6 OHS
8 HPC/4 OHS
4 HPC/2 OHS
Not to mention the rope climbs and strict hand stand push ups. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤪
