It's a great thing to raise the awareness and accessibility of healthy standards and practices. There is no doubt about that. However, we are seeing the rise of what I call #DirtyKeto. Trends are perceived to be fleeting, right? And what big business does so well is cash in on those market trends. So naturally we are seeing a flood of product and "Keto approved" offerings to help you achieve your dietary goals on the cheap. Don't fall into the trap though.
