I did a fun glute workout using equipment that isn't specifically for glutes. this is a great way of adapting your workouts on those busy days at the gym — you just need a little bit of creativity ☺️💜

1️⃣glute pushdowns via pull up machine: 3x12
⠀
2️⃣weighted sumo squats via t-bar row: 3x12
⠀
3️⃣reverse frog hyperextensions via smith machine: 3x15
⠀
4️⃣single leg side press via leg press machine: 3x15
⠀
5️⃣elevated froggy glute bridge via a medicine ball: 3x15
