thephotosocietyさんのインスタグラム写真 - (thephotosocietyInstagram)「Photograph by @andyparkinsonphoto/@thephotosociety Bengal tiger sub-adult yawning –This is just a baby by the way, just 16 months old and still dependant on his mothers’ hunting skills for up to another year, depending on whether or not he fancies fending for himself any time soon. In January of 2020 I shall be heading back to India to lead two back-to-back trips to photograph tigers in the wilds of Bandhavgarh National Park and the way that things are going I am expecting sightings to be very, very good. With up to 16 new adolescent cubs finding their feet and their independence the reports coming out of Bandhavgarh at present are exceptional with sightings of up to 6 tigers every day. Of course at this time of year the weather is ferociously hot in India and as such the idea of photographing a drooling tiger panting next to a tiny rancid pool in 40 degree heat has never really appealed that much. When I go in January however the temperatures are much better, the mornings are cool and clear, the forest verdant and lush with shafts of sunlight piercing the mist filled forests. The more forgiving weather does mean however that the tigers movements are marginally less predictable but the light is so much better, and the sun rises more slowly in January meaning that those periods of quality light are longer two. Trip 1 is already sold out and with just 3 places remaining on Trip 2 I thought that I’d do a shout out to anyone who fancies experiencing the thrill of seeing tigers in the wild. For more information you can either email me at tours@andrewparkinson.com or you can sign up to my mailing list by hitting the link in my bio. Seeing these apex predators in their natural habitat is beyond compare, a lifelong ambition for me and one that I feel so thrilled that I’m able to experience again. @andyparkinsonphoto @thephotosociety」5月23日 12時11分 - thephotosociety
