Post yoga vibes with some yummy kombucha ✌🏼 At @balance_festival I tried the most incredible class at the @kevita_europe yoga studio. I have to admit that I'm not the biggest yogi, but whenever I do dip my toe into the yoga world I never regret it! 🧘🏼‍♀️ It was definitely out of my comfort zone and managed to simultaneously challenge my body while calming my mind 🙏🏼 Ever since my emergency bowel surgery I have been ensuring that each week I engage in mindfulness practices.
