It’s easy to imagine Greenland as a land of perpetual ice, but scientists estimate that the Greenland Ice Sheet may be gone within a millennium if greenhouse gas emissions continue to increase and warm the atmosphere at their current rate. The Greenland ice was half it’s current size during the last interglacial Emian. And it was even 2 -4° C warmer than today. No CO2 did that. So pe carefull with specilative assumptions regarding the present role of C02.
