Method: Bilateral to Unilateral
Why?: After completing reps bilaterally, immediately switching to unilateral allows you to squeeze a few more reps from the set. The @justliftofficial Arm Blaster provides greater isolation and more potential growth of your biceps.
2.) Supersets
What?: A form of training in which you move quickly from one exercise to another without taking a break for rest in between the two exercises.
Why?: Shortening the rest period between sets will increase intensity by performing more work in less time
