Although prior to the 10th Century, Maori navigator Kupe could sail the entire Pacific Ocean by means of celestial observation, using triangular sails superior to European square sails, in the 17th Century history books credited Galileo Galilei as the "father of observational astronomy" only for Galileo to be found to be "vehemently suspect of heresy" based on his 1632 published book Dialogue Concerning The Two Chief World Systems, which was placed on the Index of Forbidden Books & not removed until 1835. In an action not announced at the time, the publication of anything he had written or ever might write was also banned in Catholic countries. 200 years of advancement lost. With cars that can be run on water, light bulbs that never need replacing, the dismissed knowledge of Nicola Tesla to provide the earth with free energy, will the advancement of humanity always be at the mercy of such absurd power & ignorance. Where on this planet is the voice of unified reason, so that the best of humanity can combine, provide & prevail.

I firmly believe that the monoteistic religions. Have played a devastating role to the humanity. Christians used to call pagans as savages and all that bad stuff. But pagans were way more liberal and in pagan times we had great philosophers and thinkers who puzzle people to this day. Like Pythagoras. They did not censore science. True Science. And we have the crusades thanks to christianity. Which decimated human knowledge. Even in spirituality. Cause really Im not an Atheist.

The Greeks invented the very first computer thousands of years before modern computing made its appearance on the world stage. Imagine if they had stuck with it and it’s secrets were not lost to time! Let me put it this way imagine Microsoft Windows and Dell computers after 3000 years of upgrades and innovation? That is what was lost!???⏰ #antikytheramechanism

@manubennett as long as humanity remains focused on the illusions of the ego, that unified reason of which you speak is more than improbable. In this world there is an excess of ego and a lack of soul, that is the question

I always look forward to reading your observations and insights. I learned long ago that it’s best to think for one’s self while also allowing yourself to look at things from others’ perspectives.

Power, greed and control keep people from becoming united. In order to be united one must become selfless, to think and do for the good of others rather than just oneself.
