For her first visit to #Acadia #NationalPark, photographer Kristen Audet hiked Gorham Mountain and the Beehive, taking in the park’s splendor from the higher elevations. But on her way back to the campground, it was this view of Monument Cove that really stood out. “From a distance I noticed an interesting column-like rock formation standing out from the beautiful cliffs, and just had to compose a shot to capture it. It was a great way to close an already amazing hike.
