@cosmicgoddess3 although I agree with you, I was wearing makeup since I was 5 years old, and even though as I got older I got some stuff at Claire’s and icing I still bought a lot of my makeup at cvs and Walgreens and Ross and I remember as soon as elf came out I bought their stuff constantly I used a lot of elf and Estée Lauder I would say bh cometics and elf is more kid appropriate like anyone 15 and under and I also feel like anyone under 15 shouldn’t be watching jeffrees videos I have been a fan since I was 13 or 14 but I had to hide it from my parents now I’m 26 and I own nearly every one of his products and have no problem with how he lives his life but I don’t think anyone under 15 or 16 should be buying his makeup or watching his YouTube makeup a couple liquid lipsticks like if their mom bought it for them but I also don’t feel like a flamboyant androgynous gay man who has a dirty (and hilarious) sense of humor is appropriate for young kids. Jeffree shouldn’t have to change the names of anything to protect the innocence of children that’s the parents jobs.

@tabbydarlingg 15/16 is high school age. Sorry to break it to you but they already know about all of that lol. You're not going to be able to shield teenagers from the world, all you can do is talk to them about it, impart some wisdom, support them, and lead by example. With that being said, they're ultimately going to explore their own path in life, and you may not necessarily agree with all of their choices. Would I buy expensive makeup for my kids? Heck no. They can wear drugstore or something like that until they work for their own money.

@khan.neera lol ? parents responsibility. I’m just entertaining myself. You’re the one going out of your way to criticize a brand over the word fuck lol fuck fuck fuck ??? don’t forget the shades virgin, bite me, oral, foreplay, prick, candy ass, so on and so on. The whole brand is sexualized. And yeah kids get gift people should make sure they are appropriate. Spending money? Okay if you’re letting a child use a debit card to order shit off the internet I’m sure JSC is the least of your worries ?

I have a question......before I ordered the Alien palette, I contacted Customer Service to ask them if there was Carmine in the purple because I am allergic to it. I was told that JSC are vegan and does not contain it ? However, about 20 mins after I put on Area 51, my eyes became itchy and started to swell?. So what is another common ingredient in purple (and some brown and rose/pink eyeshadows....I can't wear Phone Home or Gravitea either) that I could be allergic to? PS - love the palette ?

@samantha_christine_626 don’t you think kids get pocket money, expensive birthday gifts etc Why am I having to spell it out to you? Lol! Get off your high horse, I’m not planning to take him to court over this! I said I don’t think it’s an appropriate shade name, did not realise it was that upsetting for you haha!

@khan.neera if they’re parents are letting them buy $50+ makeup palettes then I doubt they are worried about cursing. I’m sorry no child under 15 needs that high quality makeup unless they are a makeup prodigy. Don’t like it, don’t buy it. I doubt it will hurt his brand.
