Hi Amanda! Without wanting to correct you as your fitness level and knowledge is 100 times mine, you do a little 'arc' in your pushups in the first video (like a movement in 2 times). Try to activate more your core and push keeping the body straight, this will help you in getting more strenght and alleviating lower back pain
