@westelm I’ve been trying to get an update on where my Haven sectional is for weeks now as well as a rug I ordered. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and am constantly transferred to different associates who provide no information. This is honestly one of the most frustrating furniture experiences ever. I don’t know why I’m paying hundreds of dollars in delivery fees when I could’ve ordered a custom piece from a different store with free shipping.

@westelm Hi Mary. It wasnt just the delayed delivery. I also received no confirmation until I contacted west elm. In addition I have called 3 times and emailed twice and have been advised that someone would get back to me everytime with an update. So far I am in the dark about exactly where my order is and what the timescales of delivery are.

I am horrified with West Elm customer service and the fact I have still not been able to be provided an update of where the rug is that I bought over a week ago now. I have emailed numerous times and the replies have been generic and have had such bad grammar that I actually was concerned I had purchased the rug from a scam/fake website

I’ve waited over a month for an ottoman and the date keeps getting pushed back. I called and was told it would arrive this week but online is now showing August. Weeks of sending messages and no response.
