thenicolelong @westelm I NEVER use my social media to complain about my experience with brands, but I'm making an exception for you. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with you over the years, and most recently on the Henry sleeper for my guest/meditation room. I slept on it for a night, and I am reeling in pain from the poor quality of the mattress on this sleeper sofa. Of course in the showroom everything was done and said to ensure that I purchased, yet you all don't have the functionality on your website for reviews, and I can't help but think that this is intentional. Why don't you let your actual customers tell you how your products work for them? It's clear that my experience isn't the only sour one judging from the comments on your posts and other internet searches. You should WANT to know how your products work so that potential customers can make informed decisions instead of falling for the lure of pretty marketing and finding themselves in similar situations, that is if you actually care about your customers. I'll be contacting corporate ASAP as well because I cannot in good faith recommend your brand (or William Sonoma, for that matter) to ANYONE and Id hope that were able to resolve this mattress issue asap-- I shouldn't have to spend MORE money to go to someone else for a better mattress. Absolutely crazy.

mydaywins Be careful, this chair doesn't warrant in home delivery for @westelm , you'll pay $150 for deliver and they'll only leave it on your doorstep in the rain even if you call over and over to get in home delivery...
