jenreganxo I have never experienced a worse customer service experience than with west elm. I will never purchase from this company again. I waited well over a month beyond what was expected for my couch to be delivered and they delivered the wrong size. Of note, I ordered over the phone, and they are STILL blaming me for ordering incorrectly. Now, they want to charge me more to have the correct order replaced. Countless hours on the phone and I’ve gotten nowhere. I am so disappointed as I love the style of these products. Just not worth it in the end.

maryamfarajlondon I just want to say how bad the customer service is. I have been emailing and waiting for a sofa that I have paid for to be delivered and all the do is mess me around. They keep saying waiting for an email to book your delivery and I have not received any email. Worse company to ever deal with!!

calebkimbley I just want everyone to know ho me bad the customer service is from west elm. My order has been lost twice and my couch was suppose to be delivered 3 times that wasn’t even on the truck 🤯 here is their response.
