Here is what my first “REAL” work out looked like yesterday, which was day 7 post-op.
1.) 1 💪🏻 pull ups. ( first day was 1 on each side x 3 sets)
2 and 3.) 1-4.5 campus on good edges. ( 1 on each side x 5 sets.) I normally do 1-5-8, but don’t want to risk a fall right now.) 😁
4.) 30 different and random hand moves on the campus board with my 1 good foot on a low foot hold or rung. ( 30moves x 10 sets with 1.5 to 2 minute rest between)
5.) Muscle Ups on rings. ( For first day I did 3 good muscle ups x 3 sets) I normally do 5-7 muscles ups.
6.) Push ups. ( 10x 5 sets) Since I couldn’t use my right leg I put my right leg over my left.
7.) Crunches with legs at about 90 degrees. ( 20-30x 5 sets) I had to do these instead of my normal Bicycles since I don’t have right quad function yet.
8.) Toe Touches with legs flat on ground. ( 15-30x 5 sets) I had to do these instead of V-ups or Toes to bar or any leg raises exercises.
9.) Weighted Russian Twist with 20lbs. ( 20x5 sets.) And last clip was showing how I had to get up on the step to be able to reach the rings since they didn’t go any lower.... 😂
