“Leveling Up” is something we all wanna do & hear about often. “Surround yourself with smarter, more successful, driven ppl.” YES. But we can’t just focus on what someone can do for us to reach higher success in our careers or getting ahead.

Having ppl in your life who make you want to be a better human may not always be the ppl who introduce you to your “next big deal” but they are vital in the up leveling.
.
You can’t afford to give your time to ppl who may alter your perception of good character, respect or decency toward others. Have no mercy & feel no guilt.
.
Take up leveling to a whole new level & don’t just stop at the ppl who have the network or career opportunity. ✌🏽❤️
