Hackers are the scum of the earth, taking identities, stealing intellectual property and removing lifelines from people who have worked so incredibly hard to build a career and social media following. This has opened my eyes to the amount of people who have been robbed, used, lost everything and left helpless and I feel so strongly about fighting this! We wouldn’t allow a mugger or thief to get away with armed robbery on our streets so let’s not allow hackers to come into our homes, our bank accounts and businesses and take away everything we own and work hard for. The law has to change, platforms have to be held accountable for security and we need fast effective and convenient ways to report cyber crimes to have accounts reinstated to the rightful owner. Together we can make a difference!
