Video by @lucalocatelliphoto | Here we are flying over the church of St. Gertrude in Hamburg, Germany, the last remnant of an old fishing village that has been demolished to make way for a new container terminal and industrial park serving the third largest port in Europe. The industrial area, which now includes a wind farm, encapsulates the church and its gardens, symbol of the transition to finding new solutions for sustainability and increasing industrial production. The church is still operative after strong opposition against its demolition.
