One of the biggest thing I notice that women struggle with is setbacks. If they have one bad meal or they miss a workout they feel like their WHOLE day or week is ruined and then they just drop everything. One little setback and they're like "Oh well, I'll start again next week" or “I’ll start again on Monday”.⁣

I don't want you to wait until the next week to get back to a good routine. You can start again immediately after your setback, or that night, or the next day. You don't have to wait for Monday or next month. Your week is NOT ruined by one setback. Don't let all of your hard work so far go to waste by giving up. ⁣

I don't want you to think that I didn't have a bad day or make mistakes. I did, obviously I did. There were days when I missed a workout because I was unmotivated, or I had my period, or I was tired, or I got sick. That doesn't mean I gave up and threw all my progress away. I learned from it and I KEPT GOING. 💪⁣
