In all honesty my physique is a byproduct of chasing strength goals, sure I followed a structured plan ‘eventually,’ (that would develop my physique) but in the beginning it really was all about being as strong as possible.⁣ ⁣ 💪🏾 BODYBUILDING ⁣ Jump about 10 years+ of consistent training (circa 2012) and I decided to compete, which of course meant analysing my physique, and restructuring my training routines to make improvements where needed. ⁣ Although I have no desire to compete any time soon, I will say to anyone considering it that it does hone you in on improving your weak points. ⁣ ⁣ 🏃🏾FITNESS⁣ Jump almost another decade and at this present time, along with strength I am also very much leaning towards fitness with less concern about improving my physique. ⁣ I have no desire to increase the size of my upper body whatsoever 😅 I do however still enjoy seeing progress with my legs. ⁣ ⁣ 👉🏾 In conclusion I will always enjoy lifting heavy and trying to improve my strength, that is and will always be a staple of why I train.
