Photo by Matthew Borowick @mborowick | Looking straight down with the help of a drone, we see the massive, jagged shapes of icebergs jetting out from Svínafellsjökull, a glacier in southeastern Iceland. It’s hard to tell from this angle, but the larger pieces below are as high as a hundred feet (30 meters). These areas are very easily accessible, as they are only a short drive off the main roads, but taking into account the dangers should be every traveler’s first thought.
