First time testing this ring circuit and it beat me up 🥵 but I made it through 5 sets!! Goal is 5 reps each of weighted pull-ups (I used a 20lb vest), toes-to-invert hang, inverted tuck pull-ups, and skin-the-cats. Finish with L-hang till failure. Do ‘em in that order! Repeat for a total of 5 sets, ideally 3 min rest between sets but not gonna lie I took some extra time... 😂 Also failed on the last rep of the second vid 🤷🏻‍♀️ S’okay. Werkin at it.

My fingers are gonna be so weak after this (currently nursing an injury so minimal hangboarding 😭) but hopefully the rings and parallettes build me some #bouldershoulders 💪🏼💪🏼 Need some @gnarlynutrition protein after this for sure. #trainingforclimbing Plus @emiko.thehappyshiba sighting 🦊
