1. Down dog to bear hold knee tuck - 5 reps each side
2. Single Leg Bridge Kick - 10 reps each side
3. Bear Rotations - 10 reps each side (1 rep = each time you change leg)
4. Single Leg Glute Bridge Circles - 5 in each direction then change leg.
5. Bear Hold Bird Dog Crunch - 5 reps each side
