Warm day calls for some kind of maki, so a California-esque type roll it is! No avocado, but used cucumber instead. These quarantine cooking times have me using up what I have, which is great, but I’ve still got those darn jarred pimentos in the pantry. One day pimentos will be the next food trend and it’ll elevate past the popularity of avocado toast. But until that time happens, it’ll continue to hibernate in the cupboard. 😆 #quarantinecooking
