Week 5 my loves!!!! This week is all about plyometric exercises and explosiveness!!! These exercises are so good for swimmers/athletes to work on their reaction times and power!! We’ll do one more set of exercises next week to round it out at 6 weeks, but I so hope that these have been helpful for y’all. I know how many young swimmers asked me for specific things for you to be doing at home right now, and I’ve been working with @uchealth to hopefully deliver for you guys!!!
