Then add a can of crushed tomato, a can of chickpeas (or any kind of bean) and whatever vegetables you have in your fridge or freezer (for example, you could add chopped carrot, zucchini, or peppers). Then I would add oregano, chilli, salt and pepper, but you can add whatever spices you like! ⁣ ⁣ If you have fresh herbs like coriander or basil, you can add that on top too.
